Works Pretty Good
Saw a guy on youtube suggest this, so order to give it a try. It really did work. We found a lot of dead rodents. But after a while it stopped killing them. Took care of most, not all. In the end had to buy more traps.

It's work
I recently purchased the Kaput Rat Mouse Vole Bait - 32 Place Packs for the second time, and I must say that this product continues to impress me. As someone who has had ongoing issues with rats in my backyard, finding a reliable and effective solution was crucial, and Kaput Rat Mouse Vole Bait has exceeded my expectations. The bait comes in convenient place packs, making it incredibly easy to use and distribute around the infested areas. The packs are designed to attract rats, mice, and voles, and based on my experience, it works like a charm. The pests are drawn to the bait and consume it readily, leading to a significant reduction in their population. What I appreciate most about this product is its effectiveness. After placing the bait, I noticed a visible decline in the rat population within a few days. It's reassuring to see the rats disappearing and knowing that the Kaput Rat Mouse Vole Bait is doing its job. The formulation is potent enough to eradicate the pests, yet it is also safe to use around pets when used according to the instructions. Another aspect I find impressive is the long-lasting results. Unlike other baits I've tried in the past, the Kaput Rat Mouse Vole Bait seems to have a lasting impact. It tackles the infestation at its core, preventing reinfestation and ensuring a rat-free environment for an extended period. Furthermore, the bait's efficacy extends to mice and voles, making it a versatile solution for various pest problems. I appreciate its multi-purpose functionality, as it saves me from having to purchase separate products for different rodents. In conclusion, I highly recommend the Kaput Rat Mouse Vole Bait - 32 Place Packs to anyone dealing with rat, mouse, or vole infestations. It delivers on its promises and provides an efficient and reliable solution to tackle these pests. With its easy-to-use packaging, effectiveness, and long-lasting results, this bait has become an essential part of my pest control arsenal. Don't hesitate to give it a try if you want a pest-free environment! Note: When using any pest control product, it's essential to follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer to ensure safe and effective use.

Finally...a Reliable Vole Killer
I've been waiting for years for a reliable, easy to use, vole killer. THIS IS IT! For the 10 years we've lived in our house, our vole problem has gotten worse and worse every year . This year was the worse yet. Usually, we don't actually see voles running around, just the damage they cause after its too late. This year, we were seeing them regularly. They run along the shed and house foundations, making holes everywhere. We actually had nine baby voles born right in the middle of our yard! The grass died in that spot. After looking closely, we saw the baby varmints. I read the reviews on this product and wanted desperately to believe that it worked on voles. After using it I can say unequivocally that it does. For the first time in years, I have control of the vole population on my property. I tried just dropping the unopened package in the area the voles run around in. I tried hiding the bait pack in a PVC pipe to keep birds away. Neither of those methods worked for me. The voles ignored the bait. What I do to bait the voles is I sprinkle about 1/5 of the packet at the top of the hole. Some of it gets into the hole as a teaser. The next day I will check the bait. If its gone I know its an active hole and the vole is eating the bait. At that point I reapply the bait to the hole in the same manner. The next day I check the hole again. Usually on day three there is uneaten bait at the top of the hole. At that point I know the vole is likely dead and I close up the hole. The next day I check the hole again. If it is open, I repeat the process. This is how I know that the bait is working. By walking the property every day and treating all open vole holes, I have gotten control of the population. New voles arrive off and on but that's to be expected. Both of my immediate neighbors are treating their property the same way so that helps a lot. I've never seen any birds or other animals at the bait site. If you are concerned about that then just pour the bait directly into the hole, instead of leaving some on top. You won't know if its being consumed so that's the only draw-back. I've only seen one dead vole on the property so I assume they are RIP in the hole mostly. This product works on voles so if you have a problem you can now take care of it with KAPUT. The name says it all! 5 Stars!

Kaput Got Rid of Voles Eating Our Hastas...but Fun-Loving Squirrels Too, So Beware!
This stuff seems to have eradicated the voles that were eating our hastas and I'm happy about that, but it also is wiping out the friendly, fun-loving squirrels in our yard. After shoving rocks down the vole holes on top of the toxin-filled bags (that easily rupture), I became concerned when I saw the squirrels who call our yard's big oak trees home pulling out the rocks and munching up the toxin bags. Within a week I sadly found two squirrels lying dead in our front yard, one sprawled across the sidewalk as if to say in the poor creature's last dying breath, "See what you did to us." Squirrels are rodents too, although much higher evolved than mice and rats, so unfortunately the Kaput smells tasty to them too. The Kaput seller warns to keep away from "non-target animals," but that's hard to do. Another web site warns to quickly eliminate the carcasses of dead mice, rats and voles (squirrels) who have been given the Kaput because Mother Nature's sanitation engineers will eat the toxin-filled carcasses and die too. I can attest to this because one of our neighborhood crows was beginning to peck at the first dead squirrel in our yard. So I ran out and bagged the squirrel away to the garbage can before the crow could eat the critter and unknowingly poison itself. We have lovely great horned owls and hawks in our neighborhood too who I know would eat the (Kaput) squirrels if I left them on the ground. I haven't seen any dead voles, but our hastas have not sustained anymore damage, so I hope the voles are dead underground. Before turning to Kaput, we tried chasing the voles away in an environmentally-friendly and non-toxic way using powdered red cayenne pepper and chili powder, but it did not work. There could be other squirrels lying dead in their nests or in the bushes, but I hope not. When I saw another squirrel digging up another packet of Kaput I ran out and chased the squirrel away. Then I spent several hours with a 2x2 wooden pole and small sledge hammer trying to force the rocks and Kaput packs farther down the vole holes. Then I pounded old potting soil down on top the rocks. Bottom line: I did what I could to make it extra hard for the squirrels to smell the Kaput packs and dig them up. Was it all worth it? I have to wonder. The toxin-company web sites warn that voles will eat up all the plants in your yard, including possibly trees, and that's one reason we took such drastic measures. I also wonder now whether that's the complete truth or perhaps some truth mixed with hype to sell more product? Life in this universe can be complicated.

Works
I had mice in my garage, nothing worked but this did. I bought it after seeing a utbe video where an exterminator recommended it.

It works
We've had a pretty serious rat issue for awhile now and nothing we tried worked & believe me when I say we've tried Everything except an exterminator, but who has expendable money for that nowadays, I can say for certainty that peppermint oil, spray or anything peppermint, doesn't work, I've tried it all, sticky pads don't work for large rats they just run under the oven & scrape it off, they ignore mouse traps & the supposedly tried & true peanut butter & baking soda is a joke, but we set these poison packets out literally all over the house, in places our dogs can't get to but the rats could, other than the unpleasant surprise of running across dying rats in your house & being assaulted by dead rat smell, it was worth it because within a month we were barely seeing them anymore, eventually they appeared to be gone, unfortunately another 3 weeks & we started seeing signs again, I'm guessing babies maybe, but we bought another bucket & started setting out more packets & 2 days later my husband almost stepped on a dying one in the hall, it does work but you just have to periodically set the packets out in case you missed any

Mice are immune to the product
I have watched the mice in my home eat this product and it does not affect them?! In fact, they keep coming back for more?! Did the producer forget to add the poison to its product?

Pest control
Possible some slowing down of infestation. Seems formula too slow to measure. Noticed some pests won't break the plastic pouch to eat the material. The good stuff isn't available in California anymore

How I used KAPUT bait
I mix 4 pouches of kaput powder with one part of wheat flour adding water and made dough. From dough made small balls peanut size and left where there were lots of traffic of mouse and rate. First day, they ate 60 balls out of 60, next day 80 balls out of 80 and third day 34 balls out of 100 and since then all mouse rats are gone or may be dead. Left over 66 balls are as is since last 4 days. No more mouse and rats. I found this method very effective.
