Not sure if they worked or not I did have a moth problem upstairs could not find out where they where coming from. It did state they you would see more moths and they would die. Which I did. So I think it worked for that I have had a few flies and daddy long legs get in they did die so maybe it kills them off. The only thing is It says on carpet it might not be effective and also it has to be a certain amount of space up from the ground which is hard if your sockets are at ground level.Also I have carpet upstairs and wood floor half carpet downstairs. I think overall it did work on the moths but the distance to the floor could be a problem also carpet but I think it's a good safe product if you don't want to see a load of dead moths or insects caught in a trap yeuk !!
