I did receive one shipment of the item, the one with two inserts, but did not receive the second one with only one insert. I really made a mistake ordering, but ended up paying for both, so I expect to get both. I did not. If the seller would like to credit me with the missed shipment, I would be fine.The inserts themselves where just what i was looking for, so I did not mind the fact that the were costly with shipment. They were perfect.

Fantastic product...thick and durable!
I had read many reviews prior, and was replacing a very worn and cheap wallet picture insert, so I felt I had nothing to lose. The insert I received was wonderfully thick, and durable! I would buy it again as I am fully satisfied....a great product! I feel secure pulling out my drivers license and credit cards and know they are snug and not going to be falling out!

Is a good product.
It is perfectly great, only I ordered wrong, and it doesn't fit the case I have. That is my fault, not the seller. They did great, and even sent a second one when the first did not arrive.

Good insert
My old wallet insert finally cracked and crumbled. With the choice of buying a new leather wallet or ordering one of these, I chose to save money by getting just an insert. This one has one more sleeve than my old one did, so I consider that a bonus!Product arrived a day ahead of scheduled delivery and has worked out well.
