It looks soooo good on my dash. I even received extra crystals and glue (with it) in case any come off. It is a good solid piece. Even though it hasn’t come off my dash I still have that concern (not because of the quality). It’s been on my dash a week now and so far so good. It’s very easy to put my phone into and to remove it from the holder. It didn’t budge from Kentucky to Florida. I love it. It is very nice.Update: when I was in Florida it came off my dash. I’m guessing the heat weakened suction and/or adhesive. I found a website that said to wash the adhesive, clean dash and put it back on. I did that, but it still doesn’t stick very well. I just took the phone holder part off and attached the vent piece and left it at that. The suction and adhesive seem good so far. I didn’t have much success with the vent holder as I have a Jeep and the vents move. It also came with replacement rhinestones and glue. My rhinestones have remained in tact.UPDATE:I had to order a second one and it is NOTHING like the original one I received (for stolen at the dealership).
