Sprouting nuts, seeds, and grains has been a game changer for me. This brand is amazing, I have bought walnuts, pepitas, cashews, and sunflower seeds and they all taste amazing. The almonds specifically have a wonderful texture. They are a bit smaller looking in length compared almonds you see at the store, but they have such a satisfying crunch to them almost like they've been roasted. All of their activated nuts and seeds have a less bitter taste since the sprouting process gets rid of the phytic acid. I don't think I'll ever go back to store bought unsprouted nuts again after having these.
