It was well packaged and came in a soft bag to protect it from the cardboard packing and box. On the part that mounts to the truck had a corner protector to keep it from getting damaged which was a nice touch. The studs all had plastic protectors on them to keep the threads from getting damaged. It mounted up easily after watching a YT vid of how to remove the door panel. The electrical connector fit fine and all directions of the power mirror work as they should in standard and tow positions. Time will tell if the plastic ages as the oem one did but for the price you can't beat this mirror. Geno's sells this same brand/part number mirror for over $200 so this was a great deal. I didn't notice any excessive vibration, certainly not any more than oem.
