I had read a lot about this product. It's not a miracle overnight. Just constant use. I use it 5 times a day. So far, so good.

Sending back because I paid full price for a used device. The top and sides of the product had a sticky substance on it and it wasn't packed as new.

My device arrived earlier than estimated. I have had three treatments so far. I find it very relaxing and was able to comfortably start at level 2. The device is easy to use and it takes 24 minutes to complete a full treatment of my face and neck area. You do have to keep the device moving because it does get really warm. It feels like a relaxing hot stone treatment and I treat my skin before bed. My skin looks great after a treatment. My skin feels tighter and on some nights I follow up with a mask. The next day my skin has a nice glow. I plan to follow the five days a week treatment protocol. I have not had any reaction to the gel. I am really excited to see the results after four weeks. I have researched many RF products online and felt this product was worth the investment based on the science behind it, ease of use, esthetician YouTube videos, company reputation/background and being FDA approved.

I'm using newa every day for almost 3 weeks and so far I don't see any results. The massage is relaxing, but I didn't pay 300$ for a device that warms my skin. I can so this with a 10$ cream lotion and a 10$ roller heated in a microwave oven, thank you very much. I will continue to use it for a week or so, and then return it if nothing changes. Update 5/29/2019- After about a month of using this device every day, I started to notice a difference: some wrinkles on the side of the mouth are smoothed considerably, and the face is lifted. It's not a dramatic change, but is visible. Update 1/16/2020- After about 3-4 months of treatment, I started to notice visible results. The face is clearly lifted. I'm sorry I didn't do before and after pictures. You'll see continuous improvement for about 6-7 months but that's about it. Still, I think it's worth a try if by using this device I can postpone fillers or professional (and expensive) RF treatments by a few years.

Kind of surprised (pleasantly) but it does seem to tighten up the skin even though I’ve only used it a couple times. I have a LOT of skin gadgets (LED, ultrasonic, infrared, EMS..) and one did have a RF function but didn’t really seem to do much so I was hesitant to spend money on another. But it had this 3Deep technology that I researched - not too much about it online (only this company uses that term) but read enough to convince me to give it a shot. Also lots of good reviews here but let’s be real can’t always trust that (and yes this is a REAL review) Looking forward the the 4 week results! Hope to look a bit younger and more taunt by Christmas :) Also yes it feels a little light/ cheap but who cares, so long as it works. Nicely packaged and came a few days early!!

Dear Seller, My activator gel is not clear color like others are. Could you please check? The smell is also not fresh.

Very easy to use. If you do the 6 treatment areas it will take 24 minutes which you could do while watching tv or reading. The warmth as you dot the treatments is very nice. I hope to see results with consistent use.

If the company sends me a new one, I'm happy to try it again and review it. I had so much hope in this product. I noticed a difference after the first use. On day three, it stopped working. I was not able to get any feedback from the company and ended up returning it so I wasn't stuck with a dead product. I'd love to try this again with one that works.
