Makes fantastic coleslaw.

I love this Japanese slicer. I didn’t want a huge mandolin that would require storage. This is light weight plastic with a wicked sharp blade. It has a notch that stabilizes it over a bowl and a guard so you know when you are out of cabbage. Finely shredded cabbage in seconds. I rinse it in hot water and air dry it. A great, useful kitchen gadget.
