Absolutely a great buy! This smoker box works perfect on the Flavorizers on a Weber Genesis. Put it directly on the burner under the grill itself, this thing smokes food better on a gas grill than my smoker from Weber did and it’s easy to use and less that $20. Don’t waste your money on a pellet smoker if you already own a grill. Gets smoking within a minute of firing up the burner with dry chips on high and then dial it back to your cooking temp once smoking. You can add smoke to your quick grilled food like burgers or slow smoke some fish, tri tip, or pork. If you use this one correctly on the burner shield like it’s meant, it works great.

Very high quality. It fits exactly into my Weber Summit Platinum where the other smoker box was EXCEPT it owns as tall so it’s 7/8” lower than the grates. Not a big deal. I wish they would have put an extended raised lip on the lid for easier lifting of the lid to put in wood. BTW! When I called Weber, they wanted $230. for a replacement box.

I love this smoke box for my gas grill. I use it all of the time. Definitely helps give the food a little smoke flavor. The build quality is great and I'd recommend this to anyone who has a gas grill.

Overall, the box is pretty well made, and sits nicely on top of the triangular steel plates in my Napoleon Prestige Pro 500. You can either place it on top of one of the plates, or remove the plate and put this smoker box in its place as it should fit in the slots. I've used cast iron smoker boxes before and I never care for them properly so they end up rusting. I'm hoping that given this one is made out of stainless steel, that I won't have to deal with the rust. The one thing to note is that for my grill, I typically only need one burner on high to get me to 225-250° for low and slow cooking. However, you'll want this on top of a separate burner set on low so that the wood chips don't burn too quickly or catch on fire. In this case I end up using two burners: one set on low for the smoker box (usually the second one in), and one medium-ish for the balance of the heat in order to get to smoking temps. Additionally, I don't use the cover for the smoker box given that most low and slow smoking requires continually adding chips to the box, and having to remove the smoker box cover is a pain because it's a pretty tight fit. And obviously, you don't want to lose a ton of heat as it requires time to get the grill back to temp. Overall, it does what I need it to do.

This works well and gives me access to smoke for some of my grilling with little effort. It appears to be well designed and constructed. I am extremely pleased with my acquisition!

This pipe works very well. It was designed for a gas grill, but I also use it on my Webber Kettle. It will produce 20 minutes of intense smoke if centered on the coals, or about an hour of gentler smoke if only one end is over the coals. Very easy to load and reload and I can soak the chips right in the pipe if I want by loading and tossing in a pan of water. The steel is very substantial and since it's stainless it does not rust and should work well for years. It does discolor with use, but that does not affect the performance. Makes a great inexpensive gift for anyone who likes grilling.

Fits nicely into Napoleon Prestige 500. Fill it with combination of wood chips and chunks with burner set to high and it starts smoking in a few minutes. Once it starts smoking, turn down burner to low heat. Works best over burner set to low during cook. Realistically can’t replace the taste of a smoker, but can add a nice little smoke flavor to your cook if used correctly m

Although this is a nice little attachment for my Napoleon grill, it leaves a little too be desired. I could not prevent it from catching on fire and therefore went through my wood pieces fast, with very little smoke infusion. I will keep fooling around with it too see what the magic trick might be, but as of now I would not recommend. Fits nice though. Looks nice. Just leaves a little to be desired.

Great smoker box and was happy to get it through Amazon as I know it was hard to find at any stores, even bbq stores were out of stock. Works great and fits right on our Napolean grate so perfectly. Highly recommend
