Looks nice but not comfortable

I like this nailhead straight arm sofa because it's comfortable and sturdy enough, but if you are buying this product, you should probably think about getting a couch cover as well. The fabric pilling is driving me crazy because I have such sensitive skin.

This is a beautiful ottoman. I would give it five stars and the fabric and color are very nice and it's a good size. I have dropped it down to three stars because two of the feet are cracked.

For a cheap sofa, the Elle Decor Bella is surprisingly sturdy and comfortable. After getting over our shock (a couch in a BOX?!?) we assembled it in no time and were impressed with the result. The seat cushions are a bit bouncy, but the fabric is a nice weave and hasn't pilled or worn after several months of use. I'd call it apartment-sized, so it works well in small spaces. As for the color, the gray is medium-to-dark, goes well with blue tones rather than browns...

I'm so happy with this purchase - even 2 years later. Almost all of the couch comes off with a zipper so you can throw in the wash and keep it fresh. Very comfortable to lounge or even nap on. I was able to assemble by myself after it was shipped to my apartment door.

Sofa came in one big box. Some parts were already dirt on fabric. The back part of the sofa didn't velcro all the way around leaving it with a big flap on the backside.Worst of all the seat cushions were the inflatable kind and they stunk so bad and still do after a week. Plus they seat cushions are super bouncy!. I'm thinking of trying to replace them all together is i can find come that size. Very disappointed in this sofa! I'd return it if I could but it's so big..

My first couch I’ve purchased. Purchased back in 2018 still holding up just fine. My favorite part is that I can zip off the cushion covers and throw them in the wash. Easy to keep this white couch clean

The couch looks nice online but what I am box set and took everything out of the box it is not as nice as expected. The cushions don’t fit properly one is too big and one is too small so part of my couch seat cushion is much thinner than the other one.
