Bought for human sculpture reference. Great product. Good quality. Full size. Very detailed. Good value for money.

This skull is quite large, and nice and detailed, I will be able to use this as a good reference tool for when I draw. One of theant things that will help me with learning anatomy. The skull cap can be opened so you can take a look inside. I like what I bought, would be nice to have some kinda holder or stand/stick so it can be held up by something thin that doesnt obscure the view of the object. I'm probably gonna buy more anatomy products to go with this one.

For the price, this is one of the best student-quality study skulls you can find on Amazon. Some details have been simplified and others completely omitted, but it is essentially medically accurate. [The included charts, printed on 'vellum' are nice, but entirely superfluous. A nice bonus, and my thanks to the seller, but...] For Home Haunters, though, this is one of the finest "non-Bucky" skulls out there. Also, and why I bought it, this can easily be converted into a medically accurate adult female skull with just basic hardware tools and a bit of sanding. The bone-like plastic material is easily worked and painted, if necessary. Want to get accurate with your female zombies/ghosts/ghoul friends this Halloween? Start here. A simple shave of the already low brow ridge on this model and a few minutes rounding the sharp jaw bone edges, and you have a medically accurate female skull model for nearly a third the price of those premium museum castings. Great look for a spooky skull, though med students might be dissuaded, as many finer details are not present. Also the hardware to keep the skull cap attached is difficult to maneuver, but this may vary in your case. Overall a great quality vs cost skull bargain, especially if you need a more feminine touch in your Haunt..

After trying to save a few bucks by buying a mini one, I realized that wasn't going to cut it for the purpose I bought it for (studying for dental school). It's very nice quality and has a very nice study poster with it. Pretty accurate too except a few extra little holes here and there that may have been due to drilling too far through. I plan on taking some nail acrylic to fill those extra holes in and then it should be perfect!
