Problem not solved. Sasha the representative closed chat when his/her shift ended. I purchased a new sim card from twigby a few wees ago. Iphone se broke. Bought new iphone se. Sasha cannot get sim card to work. On your website, it says sim card is not compatible with twigby, but it is a twigby SIM card. Rep told me sim card was not compatible, then told me the message was not meant for me and to disregard. waited with no response for 10 mins until rep came back and told me call center was closing and i needed to buy a new card, so it appears he waited until shift ended and bailed on me.
