The cards came out looking just like they did when I fed them in. **Q: Will this reader scan ID cards like driver's licenses?** A: Yes, but the rollers may slip on surfaces that are too slick. **Q: Please let me know if it works/compatible with Windows 8 & Office/Outlook 10 ?. Is it a color card scanner?** A: From our Community Outreach Rep Cherrie, that uses this at conferences/exhibits: Yes, is scan in color. Our office still uses Windows 7 and MS Outlook 2007. It works great in our office but am not sure if it's compatible with Windows 8 and Outlook 10. **Q: Does I scan both sides without having to flip it over? Thank you.** A: If you want to scan the front and back sides of cards, select the option Scan two-sided card. This way the duplex scanning mode is activated. When you call their phone number it just points you back to their website.We have all come accustomed to how poor the documentation is for Chinese made products, but this product takes it to a new low! I have owned several of the past products and was able to get them to work, but not with this product.
