I take Moringa daily along with a berberine supplement. My lab results for A1C shows that well in below 5.7... this is a blood test for a 90 day window and eating properly along with berberine keeps my numbers in check.

I have noticed that my bowel movements take longer, at least 28 hours or longer, not sure if this is a good or bad thing. I have been taking it for weeks and no real change in energy and no noticeable side effects. All I can tell buyers is to consider the placebo effect, when taking this product.
