Best-Loved Hymns: Easy Piano

These hymns are wonderful, and they are easy enough to play them the first time, but the arrangements sound much harder than they are! That’s perfect for me because I just fill in at our church, so I need easy but still sound like you’re playing a great arrangement! So pleased!

I bought the book because I am learning to play the piano. Just a little too advanced for a beginner. Can't wait until I am a little more advanced.

The songs are most of the well known hymns and are easy to read but there are some mistakes in some of the cords.

I love it it’s very easy to play

I am delighted with this book - it is exactly what I was looking for. I am an adult learner, currently learning a Grade 4 piece of music. I love that I can more or less sight read these hymns and, with a little practice, I can play them reasonably which gives me a sense of achievement. I've mentioned the level that I'm at - Grade 4/5 according to my teacher - to help other purchasers decide whether the book is for them.

I am eventually learning the piano. I’m using John Thompson easy play books. I’m just about through level 2. The hymns are ideal and I find my playing has improved dramatically as I enjoying playing these so much.
