Can i make it only go on one mode every time i turn it on?

When you turn the lamp on it defaults to the mid beam position every time, you can then turn or operate the switch again to increase to full power and again to operate low power. All very easy. I don't believe that you can change this, I assume it is preset.

Can it run on 3.7v 10440 rechargeable batteries?

Yes it can, it's not recommend by lumintop but I have been running mine on them since I purchased it and it's twice as bright and all the modes work just fine but when left on for long periods it can get quite hot.

How long does it last with 1*AAA alkaline battery?

High mode around 30min,middle-4h,low-36h

Is its beam bright enough?

There are three modes,the highest mode has 110 lumens,it is bright enough.
