That’s going to depend on how nimble your fingers are and if you choose to do this task on a day when your mind is clear and blood pressure is stable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It worked. *by S***S on May 20, 2025* If you like putting stuff together, it's kind of fun. This is better than paying I think it's like 200 for a new Lexus key, getting it cut and having it programmed. It was hard to get the key out of the original casing that has to be screwed in. Then it was difficult to get the key down into the new key enclosure. I used a jewel wrench to squeeze it down in there. You have to or the holes won't line up, and you can't close the shell around the key. But when you get it in there, it's snug, even before you add the screw in the back. I don't think it can be done with hands. There are some that click together, this one with the screw is super secure. It doesn't have the Lexus emblem on it. Which I'm mentioning because I ordered another that had the key and you add the programming part and get the key cut, but it looks like an actual Lexus key casing.
