Coconut Jam

Kinda like a citrus preserve with coconut bits in it. Tastes predominantly of lime, the coconut is not the main flavour. Seems to have a lot of 'filler', probably the Pectin gelling agent.

If you have a longing for coconut jam that makes you willing to spend almost $14 a jar for it including shipping, this is a good choice. Since it is shipped from Hawaii, the shipping charges are understandable, just high. It has a good coconut flavor, and the ingredients are only coconut, sugar, lemon juice, and pectin--no odd-sounding chemicals at all. My husband loves it, but he's a real coconut fan.I find it a bit too sweet; somebody needs to tell these people about the tiny pinch of salt that moderates excess sweetness. Also, it is fairly liquid-y; this is both good and bad. It has trouble staying on a knife long enough to make it to the piece of bread, but it makes a great topping for ice cream/pancakes/french toast/waffles. For a real treat, try pineapple pancakes with this stuff on top.All in all, I recommend it; it was a good purchase, and I will probably buy it again from time to time.

Pretty good , not as much coconut flavor as I would like, really tangy

I am a baker and like to try new things and new tastes! the flavor is not overpowering but is very subtle! It goes well with breads, or with soft cookies. Thank you for the prompt delivery!

It is very tasty, but the lemon in it is a little overbearing and masks the coconut somewhat. It is nothing like what I purchased in Roatan.
