It's not on the label.** A: 50 mg of iron....that's all that it says on the label. I threw these out (neglected to read the label carefully). It has soybean oil in it. I don't consume soy (no one should, especially if it isn't organic & this supplement isn't organic). I highly recommend Country Life brand Iron (I buy all of my supplements from them). Clean, healthy, junk-free supplements. My iron levels are back to normal thanks to the Country Life ones that I use...yay!
