Is it normal for the Diopter Dial to be difficult to turn? It’s taking quite a bit of effort to turn it.

Yes it’s difficult to turn but because of that it stays where you set it. I’ve had mine for 7 months and haven’t had to adjust it since the first day. I’m really satisfied with the rangefinder.

I can nolonger see the cross hairs

I would reach out to bushnell, they are an excellent company, I have done the same in the pass and they sent me an brand new one. Best wishes

What are the true product dimensions? Is the thickness really 4+ inches? The length and height seem fine

Length end to end is 4 1/2 inches, Thickness at the highest part is 1 3/4 inches, wide is 3 1/14 inches
