What is the interior dimensions?

4.7 x 4.7 x 2 as listed in the product page

Is it hard enough to protect hdd? and is it really waterproof?

Certainly hard enough. Not sure how to respond to waterproof. It can probably take some light rain, but with a zipper, I would be suspicious that it is fully waterproof.

will this hold an intel 11 nuc?

I don't know... but it holds my weed really well!

Will this hold two 5 tb seagate backup plus drives?

yes but one side of it is zippered the other isnt but i got mine holding 2 drives and 3 or 4 cables total in it its pretty decent size about 3 inches thick in the middle give or take the foam padding. I would say it would fit 2 drives if they are of the 2.5 size variant
