Oil container leaks. Overall, would buy again.
I thought this kit was overall good. The only problem I found was the oil container lid came off. The bottle was sealed but some oil still leaked out. It was not enough to ruin the box or its contents so I was ok with it.Overall I would buy another if needed.

The kit is quite fine...
I got it today from the freight company that took care of it. The oil is just 3/4 full and 1/4 got spilled along the shipping. I saw a chip of wood inside the box. I thought it will serve as the nail when removing the peg in the tsuka of my katana using the hammer. It turns out, it's just a broken part of the box. The oil smells like it's just a machine oil. Good thing I already bought a sword oil from Tozando that smells like clover. As of now, I will not immediately try using this and probably wait until 2 weeks since I already cleaned my katana last week using the sword oil I bought from Tozando.

cheap but you get what you paid for
A few oddities to point out.1. Choji oil/clove oil, which is what you typically get with sword cleaning kits, is colorless. The oil that comes with this kit is yellow/light orange, same color as vegetable oil. No idea what it's made from.2. The plastic little jar that holds oil paper/cloth, which you typically get with kits like these, is shown in the picture but not in the actual kit, nor was it mentioned in description.3. It does come with 2 bamboo peg (mekugi)This is a relatively cheap cleaning kit and the quality shows.
