I felt like I needed more magnesium, so I decided to try this brand. As a senior, I really appreciate the slow extended-release formula-it's made a noticeable difference in my sleep. I am able to relax, feel calmer, and drift off more easily to sleep. Magnesium has also been helpful for leg cramps, which is another big plus. Overall, this has been a great product and I highly recommend it.

I love this product! I started taking this to relieve leg cramps and it did that well. I noticed that my blood pressure went down to normal and I was able to discontinue my BP medication. This is awesome for me as the medication had awful side effects and I feel so much better now.

I was having some serious leg cramping, and self diagnoses said I needed some Potassium. First night after taking one of these and cramping is over. I continued to take one a night for the next few nights and there was zero leg cramps. I now only take about 1 a week and seems to keep the cramping at bay. I can't predict if it will work for you as well as it did for me. But I will continue to purchase this in the future.

Been taking these for awhile. I have a problem with leg cramps if I do not get enough potassium. So, these are awesome. Delivered & never run out.

Excellent Product!! So happy that this is now available in a larger size!! I take 1 capsule a day to avoid leg cramps. Works beautifully!

Don’t really feel different not sure if it will start working if a second bottle is purchased

I am giving four stars, instead of five, for the following easily-fixable reasons: a) On the payments page, I was not able to delete the details of my previous payment cards. And though the current card remained clicked on as the one in use, I was not able to confirm it, and sure enough, I got an email saying that my payment had not gone through. But I was was given the option to 'Update' and all is now fine, hopefully. So, may be look into why that glitch happened and something can be smoothed out on that page. b) I would have preferred an SMS on the day of arrival, because with no indication of the time of delivery, I was left unable to plan my day for several days until all my parcels arrived. If I had no work-hours flexibility, this would have been more problematic for me. I am grateful, though, that Amazon was able to group together five of the seven items that I had ordered, into one delivery date. I received my sixth item today, with just one more item expected. So, with thanks for your efficiency, I leave you four stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐.
