Down To Earth products are awesome when you are looking for top quality, organic suplements for your plants. This stuff works, like all the products I have purchased from Down To Earth. I would, without reservation (and have), reccomended their products. Value for money is there when you factor in the quality of what your plants are getting and thus, if an edible, what you are getting. It helps growth of your plants without doubt. There is no real smell to it, as long as you are a few inches away from it. Otherwise, yes, you can notice a smell of something. It's not a smell that would make you feel sick or anything though. It's just there. If you are a gardener, I know you have smelled Waaayyy worse than this stuff. As far as durability, I thought about this, and honestly, I don't think it applies to this product. However, the box is of sufficent durability to contain the product inside of it's clear plastic bag inside the box. Don't get the bottom wet though, as it could give way when you pick it up and you could have a mess on your hands.

Works on Camilla plants and blueberries very well. Box instructions are good. Don’t overuse or over fertilize. I buy a small box every Spring and let 1/4-cup dissolve in a bucket and drench the root area monthly all summer and Fall. The garden veggies get a diluted dose during the late Summer too when growing slows down.

The product showed up quickly it smelled so good our dogs tore open the box. Thank goodness they didn’t get into the bag inside. We will have to see how the blueberries like it.

Worked great on my blueberry bushes. Have enough to do three bushes

A good buy

This will be my 5th year of using this on my blueberries in VT. I put it in a ring around my bushes as soon as the sun melts the snow on the hardwood mulch. The 2ft of snow left above here soaks it in as it melts.

I haven’t noted much change in my blue berry plant after fertilizing.
