Will it lose the stickiness fast?** A: The Velcro doesnt last long. I wore the brace every day and after a month it started to loose it's worth. I tried to move it to other areas but the area to work with is limited. **Q: Can I use it during weight lifting?** A: I would never reccomend using this for a long period (more than 1hr) of time. It can begin to bruise and sore up the area in between your thumb and finger. As for using for workout, yes you can but the strap may come lose when bending the wrist while using dumbbells or a bench press or even pushups. The straps can be adjusted to any size hand but if it's to tight it will for sure come undone as it is only velcro. This one is much better. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Have you got bread loaves on toothpicks? *by N***U on January 4, 2021* Then this isn't for you. My hands are large and muscular. My wrists are size small, almost extra-small. As I call that combination, "bread loaves on toothpicks." Having just had CT surgery, and with my other wrist showing clear signs of getting there, and being in the construction biz where my hands are Tool Number One, I was looking for something I could wear all day without getting in the way. Minimal size was critical. So I shopped by size according to my toothpick wrists. That was the wrong way to go- I should have been shopping by hand size. The thumb hole is just barely big enough to squeeze through comfortably. Yes, it fits, but only technically. It's a fairly tight squeeze, which is no bueno for wearing all day. After a few hours my thumb area is hurting. Ignoring the sizing issues, it's a really good brace. Super adjustable: one can place it in just the right position by how it's wrapped, and the firmness is adjustable by how tightly it's secured. Definitely works on both wrists well, and done so very easily (do not try to wrap it the same way for both hands) -- I switch wrists throughout the day as the discomfort from the too-small thumb hole overcomes my tolerance. Very good finishing (edging and stitching). I haven't had it long enough to weigh in on the velcro issue others described, but I'm keeping in mind that velcro is a consumable and is expected to wear out over time (and faster if that time is daily).
