Or does it only attach to a hose?** A: The attachement is screw on so hose only, and after filling use within 10 min if storing underwater, the batches I bought tended to deflate **Q: Are the connections reuseable? Or is this for one use only?** A: The connections would be reusable but it would take time and patience to reload and band each balloon.
