can this amp run the ButtKicker Mini Frequency Response - 10Hz - 250Hz, 50 Watt Minimum, 250 Watt Maximum, Impediance - 4 Ohms?

I don't know about the minimum wattage but I know it maxes out at 250 watts (RMS value) when using the BRIDGE connection which has an output impedance of 4 ohms. Obviously you just need to make sure your main power/volume knob is turned up enough to get your 50 watt minimum. If you run the single channels they have an output impedance of 8 ohms.

Hello, I just bought pair of 1200 watt passive speakers. Will this power them? Also, can I connect it to my Numark Mixtrack pro? Thank you.

Passive speakers do not have built-in power amps so they actually have no power or wattage. Although your speakers may be able to handle 1200 watts of power, they may only need 15 to 20 watts of power to get sound from them. It has been my experience (I'm 62 years old), that most speaker ratings are way over inflated and that the PTA-1000 will be able to power them without any problems if the amp that you receive is fully functional and has no defects. You may connect any pre-amp or mixer providing that the unit being connected has the proper output connectors and you possess the right cables for hook-up. I've used this amp to power subwoofers with higher power ratings than the speakers you currently have without any problems.
