I recently purchased the INNOVA ITM4800 inversion table, and I have to say—it’s been a game-changer for me. I have a cracked vertebra, and this table has helped tremendously in relieving pressure on my spine. The inversion feature works smoothly, and the added heat and massage functions are a fantastic bonus for muscle relaxation. The build quality is solid, and I feel completely secure while using it. The ankle support is comfortable, and the adjustments make it easy to find the perfect angle for relief. Setup took some time, but once assembled, it’s sturdy and reliable. If you’re dealing with back pain or spinal issues, I highly recommend this inversion table. It provides great support, effective pain relief, and a little extra comfort with the heat and massage features. Definitely worth the investment!

Easy to put together if you read the instructions and WAIT until all bolts are threaded to completely tighten them. Took 90 minutes for my boyfriend to do it. Yes the massager only vibrates but I’ve never purchased a massager that didn’t just vibrate. The massager on this is VERY pleasant. It vibrates in waves that make it actually feel as though you are getting a deep tissue massage. When added with the heat, it helps relieve tension. I bought this inversion table because I was getting pinched nerves causing excruciating pain to the point where if I breathed in deep it would feel as thought a knife was cutting straight through my ribs to lower back. I was also experiencing sciatica that made it hard to walk. I have pinched nerves from herniated discs in my neck and lower back. It does not help my neck, but it helps my lower back. At first I had to use it everyday. Then my condition got to the point where I could use it every other day, which is where I’m at now. I don’t feel like I’m going to slip or fall out like some people had mentioned and it’s very sturdy. I would purchase this as a gift for someone in pain, that’s how great it is. 15 min a day is all you need. I don’t feel as if it is fixing my condition at all, but it helps me get through the day, and helps the pain to the point where it’s not AS frequent.

Okay..first of this product is mostly a sturdy strong product, but I am a woman and I weigh considerably less than a man, so if you weigh like 200 lbs, you may not think so simply because the back board seems to give too much...it needs to be stronger....you might even think it will tip over, for me...I don't think it will..but I weight 135.... The arch support is a little but to big for a woman my size and needs to be much smaller... This thing obviously has no petite women with input, because that thing is too large and can possibly do more damage than it helps. The ankle holders again are too large for a woman's feet and ankles... I find that when I invert even onlybto 30 degrees, I start to slide out..if I am bare foot I might come all the way out...the head rest catches my shoulder so I don't slide out...but this thing needs a safety belt. Or a shoulder bar or something... I do not recommend anyone going past 45 degrees if they are alone because it is HARD to return upright...more on that in a minute... But turns out the foot bar..which is extra heavy to help with balance and righting itself needs to weigh about 10lbs more... I find if you take a grocery sack and put several pounds in it...like 7 or 8 pounds...strsp it too the foot step...it help monumentally... It's helps make a much smoother recline and ladies....it really really really makes returning upright so much easier.... If you are going use this thing without doing more damage than good...you need to do this part. That's my story and I am sticking with it.

I purchased this almost a year ago. It came quickly and was not too difficult for me to assemble. I had to make a few adjustments, but was able to get it corrected. I have always wanted an inversion table, and this is wonderful. It is very well made, sturdy, comfortable and easy to use. I use it 3-5 time a week and have had no issues with it. The padding and the removable massager pillow are well made and not cheaply made. I have 3 dogs and 2 cats in the house so it sees many paws and is used as perch when I'm not using it. I worried the cats may claw it up, but there is no tearing or holes after 8 months. So if you are looking for an inversion table to help with posture, back problems or balance in your life, this is a very tiny price to invest VS chiropractic care at $100.00 per visit.

I suffer from low back sciatica pain. I tried another more expensive table belonging to a friend and determined I needed one. I was prepared to purchase the other model wanting quality but saw the innova table on the Amazon site for 1/3 the cost with free delivery. In addition it had the heated, vibrating lumbar support. Still skepticaI read the reviews. Most of a few hundred were 4 and 5. I figured it was worth a try. I was more than pleased. Putting it together was a bit tedious but the instructions were good and all the parts fit perfectly. It is solid and works perfectly. Best Buy ever. Thanks Amazon. Love love love the lumbar support and was pleased to see it is not battery powered. Use it every time. Several times a day. It works for me!!

Me gustó todo y a mi esposa le encanta. Lo recomendé a un familiar y se lo compró. Me calma mucho los dolores de espalda pero hay que usarlo como debe ser. Mil por ciento recomendable por el precio. Los materiales y la construcción muy sólida, el armado requiere un poco de atención y paciencia pero super fácil. Todo viene incluido, instrucciones y herramienta. Un poco aparatoso pero vale cada peso. ¡Comprenlo ya!

I am very pleased with my purchase of this Innova Inversion Table! I was quite surprised how very easy the instructions were to follow in assembling this table, no problems or questions what so ever!! Easy Peasy! It works just as I expected. After reading some reviews I was hesitant about the vibrating as it was said,”could vibrate more”. I found the vibration settings were great; low medium and high, I actually find high a little too much for my small frame. The heater... I must try on bare skin to give an opinion, I have not felt heat much through my clothing yet. I still only lay on table for a couple of minutes, working my way through longer sessions. My back feels 1010% better since using this great inversion table! kudos! I highly recommend this table!!!!

Maravillosa!!!!!!! Se necesita herramienta para apretar las tuercas, yo sólo usé una medida de esa caja de herramientas. También usé el atornillador eléctrico para apretar los tornillos. Enteramente vale la pena. Al momento estaba teniendo mucho dolor por dos hernias que tengo en la columna, sólo la he usado tres veces y ya siento alivio. Consulten con su doctor primero pero a mí me está funcionando increíblemente bien.
