I have a 09 Mazda 3. How much horsepower will this add to my car?

This turbo is undersized for your application. You'd reach full boost trying to start your car. This is more suited for a 0.12-0.15 nitro motor.

DOES NOT WORK, tried to replace Supra Twin turbo with this and couldn't find a manifold to fit it.

What material is it made out of?

Mostly everything is metal except for the back, just really cheap. But it's your money and your choice to buy it. It's pretty fun to play with it too.
