Yes, it will. It is a 1/2" mount (not a P-mount), which is the mount type used on the SL-1200.

Can this be used on a P-mount tone arm ?

No, you cannot mount a 1/2" or standard mount cartridge on a tone arm equipped with a P-mount headshell. AT makes a huge variety of cartridges though, and I'm sure you can find a P-mount from them with similar specs. Good luck.

Will this fit a technics slq 200 ?

Don't know if it fits a technics 200. I have only used on audio technica turntables.

78 rpm needle for audio-technica lp120?

No, this model stylus is only for 33 and 45 rpm records. There are 78 rpm styli for this cartridge available elsewhere online.
