Spring Float Pool Lounger Chair, Light Blue

Last summer I ordered this for the first summer in my pool at my new home. I was skeptical about how good it would be or how long it would last and I must say, I was very surprised and happy with the float. I spent many days in that lounger in the pool last summer - soda in the cup holder, me in the lounger reading a book - and sometimes the dog even joined me on the float (he's small). It’s very comfortable. I can't say enough about how much use this got and how much I liked and enjoyed it. So much so that when my granddaughter jumped into the pool and went through the netting seat this summer, I immediately ordered a new one. Now, you might say if my granddaughter jumped in it and it broke it can't be too good...but keep in mind that it was out in the pool in the blazing Texas sun all day, everyday, from May through September and then stored in an outdoor shed until I brought it out again in May this year. That kind of treatment would degrade just about any kind of fabric really. Also, once I blew it up the first time, I NEVER had to mess with the air again! Not even when I took it out of the shed after it was stored out there from September - May. When I took it out in May, it was still FULLY inflated...from LAST SUMMER! The float is so well made I actually thought about taking it to a tailor to see if they could just replace the seat with some new fabric. But then I thought for as much as that might cost, I could just order a new one…and so I did….Gotta go, my new lounger is sitting empty in the pool without me! 

This is a great float in terms of comfort and I just purchased my fourth one over the last few years. They have all lasted 1 - 2 years before they begin to get worn out with regular use. (same as most inflatable floats) They switched to a new valve that is much easier to inflate but the first float I ordered would not hold air for more than an hour or so - not sure if it was the valve or a leak. I returned it and replaced it with another and have yet to see whether the problem exists on the new one as well. They older ones I have did not have a problem with air leaking but the fabric would eventually tear or wear from being in the sun/pool for long periods of time. Overall this is a great float and I will keep ordering them as long as I don't have a problem with this replacement float or the new valve.

I had read both the negative comments about the quality of this product and the positive comments of people loving them. We took them to Lake Powell and everyone wanted to use these floats. The quality was fine - no rips, held air fine, and they were comfortable. We fully inflated them and they worked great. These floats keep part of your body submerged which was perfect in the heat of Lake Powell. We thought about getting an island float for groups to visit with each other, but these hooked together at the sides, so we tried them. I am glad we went with this option instead, as the islands would have kept us above/out of the water. We did have one of the smaller loops break, but that was due to the strong winds at the lake. After that we used the thicker handles and had no problems. I will be buying a few more for our next trip to the lake.

Material is sturdy with good stiching and seems like it will hold up well. The valves and deflators make inflating and deflating simple and quick. I wish the drink holder was larger diameter to hold a can or bottle metal or foam coozie. Also, 2 valves, one for foot rest and one for the arms, back and entire back of float. I wish the back support had a separate valve so you could deflate that section a bit and lay back a bit more but overall, this is the best most comfortable float I've found and love that you can put your feet up or down through the opening. Got a regular for my wife but it's too small for me. I'm 6' and 175 lbs so I bought the XL which is perfect size for me. Update: 2 years after purchasing, the mesh material ripped. Stored out of sun and weather during winter so I guess that's not too bad to last 2 seasons. #1 complaint is the headrest and main float inflate together. Headrest is too upright and can't be deflated separately.

I had no trouble blowing this up and my lungs are not the best. Brought it to the cottage last year, and got a beautiful tan while I floated in the lake reading my kindle. The “seat” is mesh, so you’re actually sitting in the water, which keeps you cool and comfortable. You also have the option of dipping your legs into the water or comfortably supporting them out of the water the way it’s made. There are loops on it so I was able to secure it to the boat dock and not float too far into the lake since I had my kindle and iPhone with me, it would have been harder to get back to shore without getting both of them wet. It stayed fully inflated until I let the air out for the season. The only negative is that I have been unable to fold it back up and put it in the storage case, so it stays out of sight flat up against the wall behind the couch. Since it is so flat, transporting it is no problem either. Once my Jeep was all packed, I laid it on top of everything and it was totally unobtrusive. I’m looking forward to using it again this summer.

Ease of use

This is my third Kelsyus product. I have the raft (which isn't the best as the sides to tend to roll up on you, which is annoying, but you can hold them down with your arms if needed), the regular lounger (see other review, love it!) and now this! This is my favorite. Instead of having to use the annoying raft to tan, I now use this lounger. I can get a better full front tan and it's comfortable and relaxing all at the same time. I can sit in this chair forever and just float. You still get a perfectly even tan, even if you're not trying for a tan it's great! I use it both for tanning and just relaxing. I'm 5' 5" and sit slightly slouched, so I can rest my head on the back and my feet are in the perfect spot. You can bend your knees if you want or just let your legs dangle in the water! The water comes up to keep you cool and like the other products, very durable, high quality stuff. I can fall asleep in this thing! Highly recommended! My only complaint, wish it came in different colors, that way everyone could have their own color!

The best pool floaty ever

I just ordered a second as a gift. Ive had mine since 2013 and its still perfect. Used all summer long and still folds. White material slightly marked of course but also ive never put it away. Left it all summer on the pool. Has a pint size glass holder deep enough to hold drink safely. Really good angle if lounging but not too upright or flat. Eady to get in and out because your bottom is slightly in the water.

De plus l'eau circulant par le filet ajouré du siège permet de rester en contact avec les éléments et ainsi de maintenir le corps à la température ambiante de l'eau.
