Needs quality control... *by N***O on Reviewed in the United States on May 5, 2019* Pros: love the look of this lamp - especially at the price point. The rope it comes with is very long so you can customize the length for any space. Once installed, the bulb is very easy to change.Cons: The install. The first time I ordered this fixture it arrived with the golden top fused to the white globe, so you couldn’t insert a bulb. Tried everything to separate them over the course of a week. When I notified the seller they quickly sent me a replacement. The replacement was missing the rubber stopper at the top (a crucial piece for keeping the light from falling- why they don’t use a screw piece as is done at the base is beyond me) and the rubber stopper at the bottom was stripped and I couldn’t get it out(with needle nose pliers or with a flathead), meaning this fixture would have again been unusable if I didn’t already have the backup parts from the first lamp. To top it off, once installed, the light hangs slightly crooked (the first one hung straight, go figure). The rope hangs straight when there’s no globe, and the gold top hangs straight when there’s no globe, but add the globe and it tilts (the globe isn't weighted evenly). I wedged a folded up piece of foil in there to help, but it’s still noticeably slanted. Will wait and see if the rope straightens out in a few days and mess with it more then. ### ⭐⭐ Could not install *by J***S on Reviewed in the United States on April 27, 2019* I received this and was surprised how large it was. It also looks very plastic-y. But I thought, I’ll have it installed and see what it looks like. Well I never got that far because none of us (including our contractor) could figure out how to separate the white globe from the brass top, so we couldn’t open it to screw a bulb in. ### ⭐ Doesn’t come apart to put lightbulb in. *by A***M on Reviewed in the United States on May 19, 2019* looks great but missing parts and the globe wouldn’t separate from the brass part we weren’t able to add a lightbulb.
