16 x 17 x 7.5 inches is the listed dimensions. I am not where I can measure it to see if that is exactly correct but I know it would be very close to that size. It's great for practice. Now keep in mind we bought ours some time ago. I have noticed lately with other products that are being sold on Amazon that they are not the same quality as products from a few years ago. I hope it's the same because we are happy with ours.

Will 260fps be ok with this target.?

No, this target is for lower impacts such as with youth bows.

Will this work with safety arrows? My 5 year old loves his Bear scout beginning archery set...and I'm no where near ready to give him field tips

How long does it last?

This one is more for children. My daughter is 16, we haven't had it a year, and she needs a new one. She does NASP competitions and practices a lot. I wish I would've gotten her a different one.
