What a great game!! The board isn't anything spectacular to look at but the game play is deep and strategic. The components are high quality and the rulebook (often the part of a game that can kill it getting to the table) was very well written and includes excellent examples. I especially was happy to see a full page thanking all the folks that helped bring the game to life (in small print- had to be at least 100 names). The game play is pretty straight forward but the tactical possibilities are incredible. One giant hint for the first time you play- spend the first 'cycle' around the board focusing on gaining district majority- this will pay off big. We played with just two without the expert variant but we will use it from now own.

Strong game, but there is a risk or analysis paralysis.
