I'm casting noticeably longer than I was with 15lb Seagaur flourocarbon line. The Suffix is very limp and small bites are sharp and more noticeable. I've thrown small swimbaits and heavy texas rigged plastics so far with great results. One reason I wanted to try braid is that I fish very heavy cover from shore and don't want to lose my swimbaits or any gear for that matter. With the 30lb Suffix braid I was able to recover my snagged swimbait by pulling in a massive drifting log and ultimately bending the snagged hook to where it came unloged in the wood and released my $20 bluegill. This would not have been possible with the Flouro line. I did quite a bit of reading online in order to choose between Suffix and Power Pro and ultimately chose the Suffix. I'm happy I did. Also, who doesn't like free scissors? ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Alberto knot was developed for this exact purpose and is very easy to tie *by A***S on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on June 17, 2016* Suffix is an 8-strand superline and only 8-strand braids are truly round which gives far less backlashes on a casting reel. I use the Crazy Alberto knot to tie on a 6' leader of flourocarbon mono which is easier to work with and allows you to use the knots you are accustomed to. The Alberto knot was developed for this exact purpose and is very easy to tie.This braid does lose it's greed dyed color after use, as do all braided lines, and the actual color is white but when using a flourocarbon top-shot the color does not matter. I prefer it over Fins, another 8-braid line, as they have had some quality control issues lately on their Windtamer line. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ #teambraid *by S***Y on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on April 19, 2016* This is the first braided line I've ever used and wow.
