Q: Does it give high read out numbers

It can measure between .02-.40. You do have to wait 45 min to 1 hour after the last drink was consumed to get an accurate reading. It takes time for the alcohol to metabolize into the bloodstream to work properly. You cannot take a drink & then 5 min later try to run the test, it will not work correctly. The accepted margin of error is +/- 0.01% at 0.10% BAC. Thank you
