this is a great strainer and storage can. things to know: 1. the mesh is nice and fine. perfect for getting out the really small particles in the oil, resulting in cleaner oil. i think the only way to get it cleaner would be to use a coffee filter or something similar. 2. the lid dot not fit on super tight nor is it leak proof. its more of a looser fit into the can, so if you're looking for an airtight storage, this isn't it. 3. the pour spout makes it easy to transfer to the pan. pour a little or dump the entire can, either way, no mess. so the can seems really well made and i havent had any issues yet. i would recommend this product.

This product works great, love the strainer it has up on top so your oil is "fresher" without the little stuff in pan end in the can! Only bad thing I can say is that I wish it was a little bigger capacity.

The best part about this grease container is that the mesh strainer is the finest I have ever seen, as in the holes of the strainer are very fine. You know that it will catch every last bit of debris so that only high quality bacon grease is saved.

I love it. The size is perfect for my needs. Three separate pieces are easy to clean and fit together very well. The pour spout does not protrude beyond the lid. The fine mess screen is complete to edges and has a nice split in handle to hang it. The round knob top on the lid is a good fit and feel in my hand. The handle on the main pot is shaped so that I get a secure grip when holding to pour. I like the three etched lines design that matches other cookware I have.

Received my bacon grease storage pot and it is just what I had been looking for. Strainer collects all the bits from the grease and is easy to clean. The pot is small enough to fit on a short shelf in the fridge yet holds a large amount, I purchased the 1 liter size. Very happy with this product.

This oil strainer is exactly what I wanted....does the job and is attractive. Easy to clean. It is a lot better than the one Mama had ontop of her stove for years. The holes on this one are more and smaller and let NO particles of food through them. It does what it is supposed to do.....STRAINS....

I have had this product for over a year and loved it but after several months I found it starting to leak. It is a great idea and loved the strainer but the bottom needs to be sturdier than it is.
