Amazing chamfering tool
Perfect for putting slight chamfers on drilled holes. Cuts aluminum like butter, but also works on mild steel without much more effort.

A quality product.
This countersink cuts a clean, uniform counterbore. I have used it for more than a year in wood mostly, some soft steel. No signs of wear. In most cases this is exactly what is needed. Just today I did need to use a standard fluted countersink to do a moderate clean-up of some holes I had drilled in plastic sheet. I didn't need a counterbore but rather to clean away the material that had pushed up around the edge of the holes. The KEO 53512 would not do what I needed since it does not begin cutting until engaged more than 1/16" deep.

Easy to control very smooth cut. This is the best counter sink only bit I’ve ever used.
I’m a woodworker and needed a countersink for a 1/2” screw head and none of my standard drill-bit countersink combo but were large enough for the 1/2” head. I had a more conventional countersink only bit but it left a lot of chatter on the surface of the cut that looked terrible. This bit was the ticket in hard maple, worked quickly and very smooth and easy to control. Highly recommended.

Awesome countersink
Works really really well, excellent design! Very smooth countersinks in wood. Worked a lot better then the previous countersink I had (purchased from a home improvement store).

Quality tool but shavings do not clear easily.
This tool works great. It cut nice and clean on walnut. It is well made and looks the part. My only minor gripe is that the shavings always end up in the hole in the middle. After a few holes I have to use something to push them out.

This product gives a smooth finished surface
I really like the design of this product. My previous bevel cutter had multiple cutting faces which caused the cutter to chatter and make an uneven surface. This cutter does not chatter and the result is a smooth as silk surface.

Wow what a great bit!
I bought the 10 dollar Irwin countersink. Hey its a cheap bit what can go wrong? Everything! The countersinks came out looking like a flower, ridges and valleys, horrible! Even clamped down with a drill press. Back to shopping for a better bit I found this, and it is like night and day. It repaired the horrible Irwin countersinks with ease and left shiny smooth round countersinks for my bolts to snug into. No idea how long it will last, but I will never go back to a finned countersink. the smooth base 1 hole types are where it is at. This countersink works great!

Worked great on hardwood
Used this on holes in a maple butcher block tabletop before putting in threaded inserts. Worked great - nice and smooth results.

I've done woodworking with the other kind and it holes fine, but it's not looking professionnal. These do perfect, though. Perfect, smooth, round holes. I love it!

I used it to keep my screen heads flush with a thin metal plate for brackets. Works thus far.
