They said that it doesn’t have a copper taste if you Put in another glass that it’s just your nose smelling it but probably by week two I had a really strong copper taste. I put it in a glass water container and it still tasted like copper but again that’s without any washing at all for two weeks. I see that the most discoloration came from where I would put my lips. I’m really happy with the bottle and the quality of it. It gives really good instructions on how to care for it and how to clean it.
