I bought one from Kawamoto farm 2 years ago. The plant grows healthily and has many new roots but no blooming. Any tips?

More light and more fertilizer. It should bloom around May or June.

Snails in my orchid!!!

It arrived in bud which was nice but I found out later that the plant was infested with snails. I am not happy. The new roots have been damaged and the plant is set back. I dont think I would buy from this seller again. This is way overpriced for the condition it is in. I do not buy orchids to be stressed out by them. Caring for them is my hobby and helps with anxiety. .this causes increased anxiety for me.
