But seems to be identical to those I have seen in France. Very useful tools. **Q: What size is good for 1o" pan?** A: Please make sure you measure the flat bottom area of the pan. So if the bottom flat surface diameter is 10" then you will need an Indigo True Crepe Spreader that is around 5" wide. You will be spreading the crepe batter with the Crepe Spreader in a circular motion around the pan so that's why the Crepe Spreader is about half the size of the pan diameter (please see our video for instructions).
