For 35+ & not for lactating woman !
Seems amazing however did not get to try. A whole section of the box is not in the Amazon descriptions. Once received read it’s says not for woman who are lactating. Currently breastfeeding a 5 month old. Amazon refunded me very kind of them. No returns.

great vitamins
Great vitamins, the first week I felt a little nauseous from the vitamins but after my second week it went away and I noticed an increased of energy level and decreased on some join/muscle pains that had bother me. Soft gels, easy to swallow, they taste very Vitamin like, so I take mine with coffee to overcome the vitamin taste.
