I am in the 5th day of the initial 5 day cycle. I had the most marvelous sleep last night. And even the 1st day, I noticed a difference. These hand positions ARE leading me to greater vitality and joy. I will continue!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ simplified, practical exercises for hands

I enjoyed this book about mudras, particularly the mudra for Ganesh. Like Advait's other books, this one is about simplified, practical exercises. I like his style of detailed explanation with photos, which makes even the most complicated mudras available in written format. What would be nice is to have a short description beside the photo, and then a detailed explanation on another page. Otherwise, when we are in the midst of establishing a posture, we find ourselves partially unwrapping the gesture while trying to free up some way to turn a page.
