Xotic Super Clean Buffer Pedal

Great boost especially for Strats and Telecasters

Compact, heavy duty construction, simple controls, flexible EQ options, and sounds great, adding a little extra special sauce. I wanted a clean boost for solos that would work at the end of my pedal chain whether I was playing clean or dirty and this fits the bill. If you need more gain get the Super Sweet boost instead, but honestly nobody needs more than 6 dB for a solo boost and this gives you up to 12 dB. I keep the tiny gain knob at 9 o’clock, that’s plenty for me. The documentation is unclear, but the EQ switches are independent, I like upper-mid boost along with high cut. The sound is similar to the Xotic EP Boost, but this pedal is more flexible rather than just coloring your sound in a fixed way.

Super clean boost does exactly what it says.. great price.. able to select frequency response (bass-mid-highs) with dip switches on side..

Xotic makes awesome pedals and this one is no different. It's a buffer that also increases volume. Not a boost pedal. Some people are confused by that.

Producto excelente calidad

The Xotic Super Clean Buffer is an excellent pedal and will occupy a place on all my pedal boards (50 year professional guitarist). The negative reviews / comments on this pedal are honestly made from a position of ignorance. Leaving a negative review based on the "supplier" (bad packaging, etc.) has no relevance regarding the actual product. One review mentioned something about the pedal not operating well as a "Boost" pedal...? If they wanted a boost pedal, maybe they should purchase one of the Xotic "boost" pedals, instead of the buffer. The Xotic Super Clean does it's job and does it well. It is an always on pedal that I have set at 9:00, which is about 1/4 of the volume capability. Turning the pedal on will immediately improve your signal / tone.

This is an epic pedal. I use it at almost usnity and add a high mid bump for leads. The pedal goes before my reverb delay in the effects loop. Incredible sounding pedal!

I have the xotic super sweet also and it is much better. It will do everything that the super clean will do and more end it sounds better

Just what I expected another amazing pedal from Xotic effects! I love it. Wo I’ll definitely buy again
