Review: Works with Ram mount - Using this with two ram mount arms that support a small tablet in my work truck. Its mounted in a way where one arm comes straight out from the base towards the driver, and the second goes straight down to hold the tablet mount in front of the dash. The double ball connects the two. It can be a little shaky but a plastic bottle cap helps eliminate the play. The double ball does exactly what it's supposed to do, and there is zero give from the joint.

A: Unfortunately we only have a 1" ball to 17mm ball and you can view it here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083F8ZMPQ?ref=myi_title_dp I believe this would be too large to be compatible with 15mm ball joint.

**Q: Can you remove the flexible part and replace with a rigid pipe (pvc)?  looks like there are set screws holding the flex pipe in the ends...thanks.**
A: The flex is just a cover.  The set screws hold a rod.
This extension is a POS worst purchase I have made for my mount system.

Using this with two ram mount arms that support a small tablet in my work truck. I use this with two RAM mount arms to extend a mount for a Garmin GPS unit in my Ford F-350 using a Built Right mount. It works will and a reasonable price.
