If using our Dead Sea salt scrubs, then exfoliate first, rinse off all the salt granules and then shave. Do a small patch of skin first to make sure there is not stinging or irritation. TIP: When using any scrub, exfoliate first before shaving to open up the pores for a closer shave. **Q: Can you use it for your bikini area?** A: I have. This scrub has smaller salt crystals than others I've used. I actually use this before I shave, since there are oils in the scrub. **Q: Can you use it on face?** A: We don't recommend this for the face because the facial skin is more delicate and sensitive.
