Do you have to wait so many days after spraying to then harvest vegetables or herbs?

No wait time, since it is insectidal SOAP. Kills insects, but is similar to washing soap off of produce that you have just cleaned at the sink.

I have a pepper plant and noticed that overnight all leaves had black little points, can I spray this product directly to the leaves daily?

I believe this is because pepper plants don’t like water directly on their leaves. It’s safe to use this on plants you intend to consume.

Will this work against mirid (capsid) bugs?

The active ingredient of the insecticidal soap is Potassium Salts of Fatty Acids. Look for a product that contains acetamiprid, deltamethrin or lambda-cyhalothrin for capsid bugs.
