Awesome saw!
This saw is great. I was able to cut down 3 small trees with the pruning saw and trim a lot of vines. I was also able to cut 10 branches from a chestnut tree that were hanging over my property and the roof of my garage. The thickest branch that I was able to cut was about 5 inches in diameter. I also used the saw to cut up some of the branches into smaller chunks once they were cut. It is very sharp and easy to use. The extensions work very well and are stable. However, there is something to be aware of: When cutting a thick branch, the saw blade can get "pinched" between the two halves of the branch. This can cause the saw to get stuck and if this happens while the saw is in the extension, then the extensions can get disconnected from each other and your saw blade can end up stuck in the tree. This happened to me once, but I was able to rescue the saw blade. This isn't meant to discourage you from buying this product - it's an amazing saw! But just be aware that this might happen. To keep this from happening, make sure to tighten the screws in the extensions often, and don't rush while cutting branches. Overall, this saw is a lifesaver and I was able to do the whole job myself without hiring outside help. I highly recommend this saw!

One of the most useful pole attachments
We had some branches that were getting really overgrown against our house. But they were so high up that there was no way we could get to them. I thought we'd have to have a tree company out, until I found this saw attachment. I use this with a Mr. Longarm telescoping pole and it works really well. The blade is sharp and cuts through branches like butter. I was able to completely clean up our tall overgrown branches with this thing, and in a very short time. It took longer to clean up the cut-off branches than it did to saw through them. It was easier to use than I expected, perhaps due to the sharpness of the blade. To be fair, the branches I was cutting were mostly around an inch or so thick, so nothing particularly large. I also find this saw to be useful even without the pole. It cuts better than anything else I have, so I also use it on branches that I don't need a pole for. I'd like it if the whole thing was metal rather than just the blade. Despite the plastic, so far it seems to be quite sturdy and I've not had any signs of weakness from it. I'm really glad to have found this pole saw attachment.

Good purchase, good rake, screw housing broke immediately
Love the product. Upgraded from the small, plastic rake part I bought 2 years ago. That old one lost 5 teeth after 3 years of heavy use. I’ve used this new one once. The metal forks work great and I was happy with the slider clamp. It stayed in place. Best of all, the rake screws on to my 30ft Doca pole tightly. One problem, and this needs to be fixed, is the screw housing immediately tore off, first use. Because of the tight fit, and the lower price I paid, under $18, I’m not returning it. If I had paid more, It would be an issue. The screw housing is a problem on both Doca brand rakes I bought, the metal adjustable and the small plastic one. So it would be nice if they updated the design with metal housing.

Took a chance
This little blade worked so well. I had a broken bough about 8 inches in diameter, and it was up about 15 feet or so. I have a couple extension poles and this saw fit on both. I taped the handle to the pole to prevent it from spinning loose. That was a little tricky because there is a butt on the handle for gripping, but I was then able to saw off the broken bough with ease. The teeth and shape of this saw was perfect for the task. My husband then used it as a hand saw to quickly cut up this 9 foot in length and full ponderosa pine branch for the trash. Great saw.

GREAT Pole - but saw needs better attachment!!!
The pole itself it GREAT - and the saw attachment is plenty sharp - however for an item described as being "Heavy Duty," the saw handle needs to be attached to the pole MUCH MORE SECURELY! Let me start by saying that the pole/saw I received did not come with any instructions. I opened the box, screwed the saw attachment to the pole and went out to trim some palm fronds. Halfway cutting through the second frond, the "Saw" detached from the pole!?!?! (And got stuck in the tree!) It seems the saw handle is "pressed" onto a gray cap, and the gray cap is what actually screws onto the pole. There is no glue or mechanical connection between the saw handle and the gray cap. After retrieving the saw attachment from the tree, and having it detach from the pole a second time, I inserted a #6 by 3/4" stainless steel "wood screw" through the hole in the bottom of the saw handle and into the gray cap, mechanically attaching the two pieces. In the short-term it's solved the problem of the saw handle detaching from the gray cap but you can see that there are "stress points" on the thin sides of the saw handle which may cause failure in the near future. Maybe there were supposed to be instructions and a screw included with the saw - because it looks like this is the purpose of the hole on the bottom of the saw handle - but neither was included with the pole/saw I received. Unfortunately, now the rivet holding the threaded metal receiver onto the end of the telescoping pole is showing play and becoming loose. (After only sawing a total of six palm fronds at the time of these pictures, video and review posting) So, I'm not sure how long the pole/saw combination is going to hold up??? Worth noting is that while the pole itself seems to be very sturdy and heavy-duty, it of course comes at the expense of additional weight. Once again, the Pole itself is sturdy and high quality!!! I'm just not sure how secure and durable the saw attachment will be in the long-term.

Awesome product, really well built! I’ve used this extendable pole for all kinds of things over the years, from cutting high branches (with ease) to cleaning windows and clearing spider webs. It’s held up great and works perfectly every time.

I needed this to trim some high branches and also to clean a gutter using some attachments. The pole is strong and relatively light given its size. Easy to extend and lock, the pole does bend a little bit but that's to be expected. The saw is excellent and very sharp. NOTE - there is a screw at the base of the saw to lock it in place stronger so that could be the reason why it may have slipped for some others during heavy sawing? Worked well for me. BONUS - comes with a duster attachment so that's a nice bonus. Arrived very quickly. Recommended.

Worked very well in helping remove the apples of our large and old apple trees. It was also strong enough to resit been caught up on the branches and was big enough for the largest cooking apples.
