Can I use it to paint inside shower like the walls

I wouldn't use on surface that would be hit by water such as shower wall, would need waterproof paint. I used on shower ceiling. Worked great for purpose it was designed. No return of mildew.

If the bathroom is already white -- can you just use this? or do you need to use a primer first? like KILZ 2 ?

I have used this paint successfully over other white flats, satins and semi-glosses without applying primer. This paint is amazing, and absolutely the best I've ever seen. Durability and keeping clean is better than any other brand I've used. Virtually lasts a lifetime. But.....please note:What you get here from Amazon is only. 1 quart; not a gallon. You would do much better ordering from Home Depot

Can I use this if there's existing/dead mold on the bathroom wall?

For us, we first washed the ceiling as best we could. The majority of the mold came off but the ceiling was still still discolored. We then painted over with this paint. I think it's been two years now and the ceiling still looks great!

If you're asking if it can be used to paint a bathtub, then no, absolutely not. It's not porcelain based nor waterproof, just mildew RESISTANT. The paint won't stick to the tub long with prolonged water abuse.
