These saved me!!!!! I had my baby the end of 2024, and had recurring mastitis back to back for 2 months. I was very sick. 103 temp, chills, body aches. I finally called LC. My Dr didn't want to keep prescribing antibiotics. My lactation consultant recommended these and they are the best. I haven't had mastitis since starting them! After having mastitis back to back (twice in same month), I needed some relief and started researching about probiotics instead of antibiotics. I first tried lactobacillus salivarius but that didn't do the trick, I kept having plugged ducts that led to mastitis. This product has lactobacillus fermentum that seems to be working better for mastitis. I'm taking this probiotic 3 times a day in conjunction with sunflower lecithin and able to avoid mastitis. It's little pricey but works great as I want to continue breastfeeding.

My wife suffers from seemingly chronic yet sporadic clogged ducts. (Few days off multiple days with clogs) She’s on sunflower lecithin, we’ve modified her diet, dialed in on the correct flange size, switched to a manual pump, the list goes on. We were suggested this brand by a variety of sources, notwithstanding lactation consultation. As of right now after starting this product my wife’s clogs actually exacerbated, to the point that they resemble the period when she was at the peak of her clogged ducts problems. We know this isn’t mastitis and she has none of the accompanying symptoms. We are going to roll her off for a while and see if the situation improves, but for now the product doesn’t seem to be improving the situation in the slightest.
